ADVENT DAY 13 - End of Year Dance Recital..

Athea had her big end of the year Jazz dance show.... This is her 2nd year taking dance and her first big show on a "real stage" in front of an audience.... They did two shows along with all the other dance classes that take classes at the Step Out Dance school. (they teach all levels of ballet, jazz, and hip hop..)
It was a big performance that took all day.. Here is her class practicing on stage and posing in their black costumes
They even got to have their hair done and wear make up...
Here is a video of their dance routine during practice... Athea is in the second group of girls that comes on stage, she is wearing black pants and a red tank top 2nd in from the end... She is in the middle row so ends up behind many of the front row girls.. but you get glimpses of her every once and awhile... :)

It was a long day.. and she did such a great job!....
Boom Boom - shake it shake it.

This girl, Athea looks so grown-up I as a Grandpa had a hard time recognizing her also. I am just going to have to come down there and see her in person.
